The Young Adult Program is for ages 15-18. We will focus on the athletic skills on and off the court to be a success in their careers. Activities will be a training session with the coaches, life skills, communication skills, and character-building skills. The program for young adults will be engaging and practical in their sports with a strategy of sportsmanship. We will also incorporate some of the topics that are covered in the Youth Program. The program will last five weeks.
Character Building and Life Skills
The Character Building & Life Skills Program are activities that will shape the fountain of the youth’s life in developing a strong sense of character not just in sports but in serving them in other areas throughout their entire lives.
Communication Skills
Effective communication for the team players on the court and off the court is critical. Some players are outgoing while others may be less verbal, shy, timid individuals. Attaining the correct mannerisms to help communication between players, coaches, administrators, and parents is the key to their future. The coaches have to hold their players accountable to constant verbal and non-verbal communication in practices and in the game when it comes to defense on the floor.
